We ship throughout the United States and Internationally.

Upon confirmation of full payment being received for a proposed order, we'll use our best efforts to ensure your purchase is shipped, via a company-approved carrier, within 5-7 days of the order confirmation.

Order receipt time depends on where you are located and what shipping method you choose upon checkout.

Returns and exchanges

We only refund for products which are damaged or defective. All returned Hemp Products must be unopened, unused and in re-sellable condition. Returned Hemp Products must be post-marked and prepared for delivery to Company within 7 days of you receiving delivery of the Hemp Product. You shall be responsible for all return postage costs. If there is a problem with any Hemp Products you received, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the Hemp Products. Once the return process has been completed and the Hemp Product successfully returned to K9 Candy Kitchen, a payment refund or a credit for future Hemp Product purchases will be issued.

Create and register your user account on K9CandyKitchen.com 

Click the link above. (From our homepage you can also navigate to and click the person-shaped icon at the top right-hand corner of the navigation bar.) This will prompt you to create and register an account by entering your email address and a chosen password. Once you create your account, you will receive an email titled, “Customer account activation,” asking you to activate your account. Open the email and click the button, “Activate Account.” Don’t see an email? Please check your spam, and change your settings to ensure that riki@k9candykitchen.com does not continue to go to your spam! 

Once you have activated your K9 Candy Kitchen user account, email riki@k9candykitchen.com with your account email address enclosed (or email directly from your user account email), along with your tax exemption ID number if applicable, as well as the following information about your business (optional), including: business name, business address, business website, links to business-owned social media accounts. 

Once your email is received, our team will process your request for approval as a wholesale client. 

You will receive an email from our team within 1-2 business days of receiving your request, informing you whether or not your account has been approved for wholesale offer access.
